Super Easy Chimichanga

Ingredients:
2 cans of chicken or two cups cooked chicken if you want to get fancy 1C Favorite Salsa 1 C Cheese 1 T cumin 1 T oregano Tortilla Shells

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll inside tortilla shells. Melt butter and spread over tortillas. Cook at 425 for 20 minutes.

Garnish with avocado, tomato, guacamole, sour cream etc. Serve with rice and beans or by itself if your lazy like me and don’t want to cook anything else.
