Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp onion 3 Tbsp margarine 2 Tbsp flour 1 chicken bullion cube (broken up) 1/4 tsp pepper 3/4 cup milk 1/3 cup water 1 1/4 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced) 1/2 to 3/4 cup cooked vegetables (We like corn and peas) 1 Tbsp snip parsley (optional) small can of biscuits

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour until smooth. Add bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Add milk and water. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add chicken, vegetables, and parsley. Stir. Pour into small casserole dish or loaf pan. Then place biscuits on top. Arrange them how you want. (by cutting the biscuits in fourths it is easier to arrange them). Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are done. Easily doubles.
