Corn Fritters

Ingredients:
1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (depending on how sweet you like it. I use 1 T.) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1can corn(drained)

Directions:
Mix ingredients. Spoon spoonfuls of batter in hot oil and fry. Spread out the spoonfuls a little so they cook evenly. Fry on each side a couple minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Great to eat along with chili, or soups, or just by themselves as a side.
