Ingredients:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 to 1 1/2 cups pumpkin pie mix
*Note: Not the plain pumpkin. Use pumpkin pie mix with the sugar & spices already in it.
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened vanilla ice cream and pumpkin pie mix. Taste test to see if you would prefer to add a little more pumpkin pie mix. Stir until mixed. Beat with a hand mixer to make sure it is well combined. Freeze until ice cream is firm.
